Evaluation of Aflatoxin B1 and Patulinin Blood of Iraqi Renal Failure patients

Objectives: The current study aimed to investigate and evaluatethe Aflatoxin B1 Patulin in bloodsamples of patients with Renal Failure.Method: Hundred fifty blood samples collected from Failure were included thisstudy. agerange was 1-61 years. Toxin extraction the done by Thin LayerChromatography technique (TLC).Results: There 100 150 containedAflatoxinB1and Patulin. highestpercentage contamination (18.181 %) at age group (11-30) years andPatulin (20 that persons (11-20) years,the percentage samplesthat withAflatoxin female (52.727 % 53.33%).Conclusion: Persons Najaf province high exposure mycotoxins foods (apples,pear peach)that present local markets, are contaminated mycotoxins. This suggests these mycotoxinsmay be a risk factor renal failure.
